All goods purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of purchase and only if the items are un-opened and in their original packaging.

We recommend that you obtain a proof of purchase when posting your return.

Please return to our address shown below and enclose your original dispatch note or add a cover letter with your contact details and order number.

FAULTY GOODS
Any items delivered to you which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact the online customer service by +44(0) 74691 47884 (between 9:00 and 17:00 - Mon to Fri) or emailing info@amouage.com & nicola@amouage.com and we will be happy to help.

HYGIENE
For reasons of hygiene, any toiletries item which have been opened for any reason may not be returned, unless faulty.

AMOUAGE BOUTIQUES RETURNS
Goods may be returned for exchange or credit note, provided that they are returned in their original packaging, unused and within 28 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided.

SALE ITEMS
Goods purchased as sale items or special purchase may not be returned or exchanged.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Specially ordered items may not be returned. Purchases and shipping are charged in the nominated currency of the shipping destination.
